We were having a wonderful dinner with out-of-state friends this week. They happened to mention being at a restaurant once that served cranberry salsa. The light went on and recipe development was on the way!

This salsa is a great way to use whole-berry cranberry sauce that’s so abundant this time of year. It’s especially great served with fish, topping goat cheese as an appetizer, or adding to a scramble like our Sweet Potato Scramble.
