alaska salmon bake    alaska - holland america

Wow, what a great foodie cruise!!

Many of you know I have a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and a master of science degree in Home Economics. I love putting that nutrition and food knowledge into action with food that’s quick, easy, affordable and tasty. . . . But, we also need to have fun.

Did you know I have a passion for travel??  I own a travel agency with two friends and we are starting our 12th year as travel agents. Everywhere we travel, I LOVE experiencing the foods and cooking styles. I also love to make new friends, so I am now putting together some exciting travel experiences featuring food, cooking and new activities. I hope you’ll be able to join me on one of these culinary adventures. (Husbands, friends, and significant others are more than welcome and might enjoy many of the events on this cruise!!)

This is one of my favorite foodie events that I’ve recently found. I’m so excited about the events with this Alaska cruise. I really love the “Brown Bag” chef event, the cooking demos, and lots of food-based excursions. And, there’s much more!
