Need to feed a crowd for Super Bowl Sunday? This is one of our favorite, easy main dishes. Basically, just put chunks of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a crockpot/slow cooker, add barbecue sauce, and cook all day. Shred just before serving and let your guests spoon it into buns or just by itself onto plates. For Super Bowl parties and other big gatherings, I use dinner rolls for buns. That way, the food goes further and people are usually stuffed, anyway, with so many other items to eat.

Serving the pulled barbecued chicken with fresh coleslaw makes an easy, nutritious and tasty meal. Some people spoon the coleslaw onto the side of their plate while others heap it onto the buns with the meat.
