But, with all the farmer’s markets and the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables in a variety of places, the question is often asked, “Which foods should I buy Organic?” Generally, stay away from packaged, processed foods. Be sure to add kale, spinach, broccoli and other non-peeled vegetables to your “buy organic” list.
